Program Description

Suns Nite Hoops is a 501(c)(3) non-profit program offered free-of-charge to the Phoenix metropolitan area’s at-risk young men (ages 18 to 25) in need of vocational development, educational advancement and lifeskills enhancement.

Suns Nite Hoops’ goal is to reduce crime, teach essential lifeskills, and direct young men toward furthering their education and employment opportunities by providing them with a positive alternative to drugs, gangs and violence.  Participants play in an adult basketball league, attend workshops, and have access to individual case managers to help them achieve their goals.
